Raising the Standard for Youth Soccer in Volusia County
Shark Coast FC is proud to announce that five of our youth teams have been accepted into the National 1 League (N1), marking another major milestone in our commitment to developing the next generation of soccer players in Volusia County.
This achievement reflects the continued growth of our club and reinforces our mission of creating a true Home for Local Talent. By competing in the National 1 League, our players will face stronger competition, experience higher standards of play, and gain greater opportunities for development, college recruitment, and advancement within the game.
What is the National 1 League?
The National 1 League is one of the premier youth soccer platforms in the region, bringing together ambitious clubs committed to player development and competitive excellence. Participation provides players with consistent, high-level competition against some of the strongest teams throughout Florida and the Southeast.
The league emphasizes meaningful competition, long-term player development, and preparing athletes for the next level—whether that’s high school, college, pre-professional, or professional soccer.
Shark Coast FC National 1 Teams
For the upcoming season, Shark Coast FC will compete in the National 1 League with the following teams:
- U18 Girls – National 1 Premier 1
- U18 Boys – National 1 Premier 1
- U17 Boys – National 1 Premier 2
- U15 Boys – National 1 Premier 2
- U13 Boys – National 1 Premier 2
These teams will represent Shark Coast FC while competing against some of the top clubs in the state.

- Continue developing under licensed, experienced coaches.

Home for Local Talent
Shark Coast FC was founded with one goal: to give local players opportunities that previously required leaving the area.
The addition of National 1 League teams is another step toward that vision. Players from New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, Port Orange, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, and communities across Volusia County can now compete at an even higher level while representing their hometown club.
