1. About Shark Coast FC

Shark Coast FC is a soccer club based in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, offering youth, competitive, pre-professional, and community soccer programs, camps, events, and merchandise. Participation in club activities may require additional agreements, waivers, or league documentation.

2. Governing Bodies & League Authority

Participation in Shark Coast FC programs is subject to the rules, regulations, and disciplinary authority of applicable governing bodies, including but not limited to:

United Soccer League (USL)
U.S. Soccer Federation (USSF)
Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA)
Any affiliated leagues, tournaments, or competitions

In the event of a conflict between club policies and governing body rules, governing body rules shall prevail.

3. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the Website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with Website functionality or security
Upload malicious software or harmful content

Shark Coast FC may suspend or terminate Website access at its discretion.

4. Youth Participants & Parental Responsibility

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for all registrations, payments, waivers, and communications for minor participants
All information submitted must be accurate and current
Parents are responsible for reviewing schedules, policies, and communications

5. Registration, Rosters & Playing Time

Registration or participation does not guarantee:

Roster placement
Match participation or playing time
Advancement within the club
College recruitment or professional opportunities

All decisions regarding selection, rosters, and participation are at the sole discretion of Shark Coast FC coaching and technical staff.

6. Conduct & Discipline

Shark Coast FC reserves the right to suspend or remove any player, parent, guardian, or spectator whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the club, its participants, staff, or affiliates. Disciplinary action may occur without refund.

7. Merchandise Sales

Merchandise availability, pricing, returns, and exchanges are disclosed at the time of purchase. All sales are subject to stated policies.

8. Media, Image & Likeness

By attending Shark Coast FC events or programs, participants and parents grant Shark Coast FC and its league partners the irrevocable right to use photographs, video, audio, and likeness for promotional, marketing, broadcast, and commercial purposes without compensation.

9. Risk Acknowledgment

Soccer participation involves inherent risks, including injury. Participation may require separate waivers and medical releases.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shark Coast FC is not liable for damages arising from Website use, program participation, or third-party services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
